Shipping policy

As all items are made to order, please allow 14 days for items to be made and packaged. We will always endeavour to get items sent out to you within this timeframe, but sometimes due to circumstances beyond our control, this could be held up. In this event, we will always contact you with plenty of time, and you will have the option of a full refund (including shipping), or to wait until we are able to get your item(s) to you.

If you require your package by a specific date, please let us know at riverandsix@gmail.com, and we can let you know if this will be an achievable goal. We will always try our absolute best!
